Management Team

MR. ADEWALE OLUMUYIWA DADA - Is a Chartered Banker and a Chartered Accountant by profession with extensive exposure in Banking and Finance. He joined the services of Co-operative Bank Limited in 1977 and worked in virtually all departments of the Bank in its Lagos Branches. He rose progressively in the establishment until he left in July 1990 as an Accountant.

He joined Dominion Trust Limited in August 1990 (before the company became a group structure) and qualified as a Stockbroker and an Authorised Dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 1997. He is highly experienced in Finance, Investment and Accounting.  He is currently the Group Managing Director of Dominion Group.

MR. BADEJOKO ADELEKE O. - Graduated from Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sociology in 1999. He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He joined Dominion Group in 2002 and was opportune to work in all the Group’s companies. He is versatile in both Capital and Money markets. He has attended several management courses organized by CBN, FHAN and etc. His experience in the financial market spans over 12 years and still counting. He is currently the Ag MD/CEO of Dominion Finance Limited.

MRS. MODUPE OJEWUNMI - Is a first class graduate in Secretarial Studies. She has her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University. She is a graduate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and Associate member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She joined Dominion Finance Limited in 2008 and presently heads, the Admin & Human Capital unit of the company.

MR. ADEWALE OGUNBANWO - Graduated from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos with HND Banking and Finance in 1998. He had worked with Assurance Bank Limited, Peaches Delight Nigeria Limited and WAPIC Insurance Plc before joining the service of Dominion Group. He has over 8 years experience in the money market and has attended various seminars. He became an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 2002. He is presently Head, Internal Control & Compliance in Dominion Finance Limited.

MRS. TOPE ALE - Is an accounting graduate from the University of Benin. She has at various times worked with Zenith Bank Plc, Tetrazzini Food Nig. Limited and Fiber & Copper Nig. Limited. She is pursuing her Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria certification and hopes to get it soon. She joined Dominion Group in 2011. She has attended several workshops and seminars and currently heads the Finance & Accounts unit of Dominion Finance Limited.

MR. OLUSIJI KOLAWOLE – Is an HND (Higher National Diploma) graduate of Statistics from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic. He worked with SWAP Mobile Limited for years from where he joined the services of Dominion Group in 2006. He has attended several seminars organized by CBN, FHAN, Clement Ashley Consulting, etc and presently, he heads the marketing unit of Dominion Finance Limited.
